  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, focusing on the expansion of solar energy solutions in Nigeria.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and training to improve overall sales capabilities and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and companies, identifying new opportunities for sales growth and developing mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and drive innovation.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Ensure timely completion of sales tasks, track sales performance, and provide regular reports to superiors, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting data-driven solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging strategic relationships and partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand Sako Solar Power's market share.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy solutions, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to drive results-oriented sales strategies, achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.

Salary: Estimated annual salary: ₦10,000,000 - ₦15,000,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience), plus benefits and bonuses based on individual and team performance.
