Luxury Property Sales Professional

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join BLAKSKILL LIMITED as a Sales Manager, focusing on luxury property sales in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Nigerian real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Acquisition: Sell properties, identify potential clients, and negotiate deals
- Strategic Planning and Implementation: Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and maintain a strong market presence
- Client Advisory and Relationship Management: Advise buyers on properties, businesses, and terms of sale, and provide guidance to sellers and buyers
- Documentation and Reporting: Ensure accurate and comprehensive records of all customer files, and submit regular reports detailing activities and sales performance
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 4-6 years of recent work experience in real estate sales. Proven track record in sales-heavy roles within the industry. Strong negotiation and sales skills, as well as ability to work independently and as part of a team.
