We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at Pinnah Foods Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods following established recipes and standards.
  • Design and innovate new dessert recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
  • Monitor kitchen operations to ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and quality.
  • Manage inventory and reduce wastage to optimize costs.
  • Supervise and train kitchen/bakery staff in line with given standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus and special event offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or equivalent role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to innovate and develop new dessert recipes.
