**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage a team of sales associates to ensure exceptional customer service

* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
* Maintain store standards and ensure a welcoming shopping environment
* Control expenses and optimize profitability

**Requirements:**

* BSc or HND in a relevant field
* Proven experience in retail management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
