Carrillion Construction is seeking a highly skilled 3D Rendering and Architecture Expert to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings of interior and exterior spaces, and developing architectural walkthroughs, animations, and virtual reality experiences to showcase designs.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in 3D visualization and architectural rendering. You will be proficient in CAD tools like AutoCAD and Revit, and will have a strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our lead architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure that designs are feasible and meet technical requirements. You will also be responsible for working closely with our graphics team to produce design boards and layouts for presentations, and preparing and delivering design presentations to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating design intentions.
