Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Youth Development Coordinator to support our programme implementation and coordination efforts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in project implementation and coordination, including preparing reports, meeting minutes, and supporting field missions and events;
  • Supporting partnership development by drafting concept notes, proposals, and documentation for donor meetings and coordination;
  • Assisting in knowledge management, Monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) tasks, including data collection, outcome tracking, and drafting donor reports;
  • Maintaining donor reporting timelines and supporting MEL initiatives, ensuring quality control and documentation of lessons learned;
  • Promoting UNDP's portfolio approach, enhancing cross-collaboration within the Governance, Peace, and Security Portfolio Team;

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in international relations, law, peacebuilding, social sciences, or a related field. We seek individuals with demonstrated interest and/or experience in governance, peace, and security-related issues. Previous experience in the international development sector and the African context is an asset.
