Logistics Operations Specialist

Job Summary
A Logistics Operations Specialist is needed to ensure the safe and timely transportation of personnel, goods, or materials. This role requires maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance with traffic regulations.

Main Responsibilities
• Safely transport staff, goods, or materials to designated locations,
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of items while following assigned schedules,

Maintenance and Inspection
• Regularly inspect vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition,
• Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the relevant department,
• Keep vehicles clean and fueled at all times,

Compliance and Safety
• Adhere strictly to traffic rules, regulations, and company policies,
• Maintain a valid driver's license and required documentation at all times,
• Ensure the safety of passengers and cargo during transit,

Record Keeping and Customer Service
• Maintain accurate trip logs and mileage reports,
• Record and report fuel usage and any expenses incurred during trips,
• Exhibit professionalism and courtesy when interacting with staff, clients, or other stakeholders,
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods or materials when required,

Requirements
• Valid driver's license (class appropriate for the vehicle to be driven),
