Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded. You will also update accounts receivable and issue invoices, as well as update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.

In addition, you will assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines. You will also review expenses, payroll records, and other assigned tasks.

You will be responsible for updating financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and availability. Furthermore, you will prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports, and assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.
