Nurse Care Coordinator

At SamCure Healthcare Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our nursing staff in providing exceptional patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services, ensuring the well-being of our patients is at the forefront of everything they do.

• Maintaining Accurate Patient Records: The nurse will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating accurate and complete health care records and reports, including vital signs, medical information, and treatment plans.
• Administering Medications: The nurse will administer medications to patients, monitor them for side effects and reactions, and report any concerns to the relevant authorities.
• Prescribing Assistive Medical Devices: The nurse will prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments to support patient care and recovery.
• Recording Vital Signs: The nurse will record patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate, as well as other medical information.
• Ordering Medical Tests: The nurse will order medical diagnostic and clinical tests to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Monitoring Patient Conditions: The nurse will continuously monitor patient conditions, reporting and recording any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor degree or other degrees in nursing is required.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are essential for this role, with the ability to communicate with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff.
• Age Limit: The ideal candidate should be under 20-30 years old.
