Key Responsibilities
Handles customer inquiries on product/service information, pricing, orders and any other request.
Maintain a high customer satisfaction index and conduct regular surveys with reports on process improvements
Maintain healthy relationships with all coordinating teams ensuring customer satisfaction
Schedule and make service appointments for customers
Support achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives of the company
Compile and provide all inquiries for onward sales meetings by the sales team
Keep customer's data for official use and provide insight on observed trends of customer's request
Convert inquiries to active sales through professional persuasive measures & strategies
Escalate customer issues for prompt attention and resolution
Answering calls from potential customers, and providing relevant information on products & services.
Daily calls and engagement of potential customers via phone, mail, and other approved media.
Provide active, informed, timely information, guidance, and assistance to resolve customer's requests.
Maintain professional conduct and attitude in all customer interactions.
Conduct information delivery, and enquiries through phone, mail, and the company's certified social media channels.
