Job Description:

Lufor Technical Limited seeks an experienced and organized individual to fill the role of Secretary. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a secretary, with a strong understanding of written and verbal communication skills. You will be expected to write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms, as well as answer and direct phone calls.

You will be responsible for maintaining company schedules, organizing documents and files, and greeting business clients and guests. Additionally, you will assist executives with project tasks and schedule meetings and conferences.
