Ritzman Smarthomes is seeking an experienced Island Construction Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of our island-based projects, ensuring that the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to provide cost estimates for assigned workstreams, monitor the medical toolbox, and maintain accurate records of incident reports.

You will also be responsible for managing site cleanliness, coordinating project activities, and submitting weekly progress reports in Word document format.

We require a highly skilled professional with a degree in Business Administration, Electrical engineering, IT, or a related field. A Project Management certification and Health and Safety compliance certification are also essential.

A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience is necessary, along with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and MS Project.
