Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Providing excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and policies
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support team goals

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
