Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. This includes providing counseling on policies and procedures, being actively involved in recruitment, creating effective onboarding plans, developing training and development programs, assisting in performance management processes, and supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. Additionally, the candidate will maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements and review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as an HR officer, administrator, or other HR position, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience. You should also possess knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.), understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures, and proficiency in MS Office. A strong background in business administration, social studies, or a relevant field is essential, with further training being a plus.
