Responsibilities and Expectations

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. This includes providing counseling on policies and procedures, recruiting and selecting candidates, creating effective onboarding plans, developing training and development programs, and assisting in performance management processes. Additionally, you will maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements and review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as an HR officer, administrator, or other HR position. You should also possess knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.), understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures, and proficiency in MS Office. A strong background in business administration, social studies, or a relevant field is essential, with further training being a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of 250,000-300,000 Naira and opportunities for professional growth and development.
