Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement company-wide strategies and goals.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including production, logistics, and administrative functions.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of department heads and staff.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • 8+ years of experience in a senior management role in the furniture and/or manufacturing industry.
  • A proven record of accomplishment of business growth, leadership, and operational excellence.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, the successful candidate will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
