About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nephrology Nurse Specialist to join our team at Adcem Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in our dialysis unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage dialysis treatment plans for patients, ensuring accurate administration of medication and effective treatment outcomes.
  • Provide comprehensive education and support to patients and their families, promoting understanding and self-management of kidney disease.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify potential complications and take proactive measures to prevent adverse reactions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes, utilizing industry-standard software and documentation systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; registered nurse licensure required.
  • Minimum three years of post-qualification experience in nephrology nursing, with a strong focus on dialysis treatment and patient education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Adept at prioritizing tasks, managing time, and maintaining a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
