About the Job:

We seek an experienced and dedicated Dialysis Treatment Expert to join our team at Adcem Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and support in our dialysis unit, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer hemodialysis treatments, ensuring accurate dosing and monitoring of patient responses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient, incorporating evidence-based practices and best available data.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between different healthcare settings.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify potential complications and take proactive measures to prevent adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes, utilizing industry-standard software and documentation systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; registered nurse licensure required.
• Minimum three years of post-qualification experience in nephrology nursing, with a strong focus on dialysis treatment and patient education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Adept at prioritizing tasks, managing time, and maintaining a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
