Recruitment Insights Specialist

As a Recruitment Insights Specialist at Ascentech Services Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts. We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform our recruitment strategies.

This position involves coordinating recruitment processes, managing candidate data, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to provide regular recruitment reports and insights to stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who can interpret data and provide actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will interact with stakeholders at all levels.

• Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and insights that inform our recruitment strategies.
• Recruitment Process Support: Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
• Candidate Data Management: Manage candidate data, including updating records and tracking progress.
• Reporting and Insights: Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this position is between ₦8,000,000 - ₦12,000,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
