About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Recruitment Data Analyst to support our recruitment efforts. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in analyzing recruitment data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform our recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment data, including candidate sources, time-to-hire, and other key metrics to identify trends and insights.
  • Recruitment Process Support: Assist in coordinating recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies.
  • Candidate Data Management: Manage candidate data, including updating candidate records, tracking candidate progress, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to stakeholders, including hiring managers, talent acquisition team members, and senior leadership.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends, developing insights that drive business decisions, and communicating complex information effectively to various stakeholders.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office.
