About the Role:

We are looking for someone with a strong background in procurement and estimation who can manage the sourcing of construction materials and equipment, negotiate terms with suppliers, and prepare detailed cost estimates for project proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure construction materials and equipment
  • Negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for project proposals
  • Analyze project requirements and develop accurate budgets
  • Maintain procurement records and prepare cost analysis reports
  • Provide regular updates on procurement status and project budgets

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 4 years of experience in the construction or civil engineering industry and a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, with an MSc being an added advantage.
