We are seeking a skilled Solar Energy Business Development Specialist to join our team at Human Partners Consulting. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for renewable energy to promote and sell our solar power systems in the Nigerian market.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships to achieve market targets and increase our market share locally. Frequent travel to key cities including Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt, and Onitsha will be required to engage with clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell our solar panels, inverters, and batteries within the clean energy sector
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to achieve market targets and increase our market share locally
  • Frequent travel to key cities to engage with clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in sales, with a preference for candidates with B2B sales experience in the solar panel, inverter, or battery industries
  • Willingness to undertake extended travel (up to 6 months) within Nigeria
  • Outgoing and dynamic personality with excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting to achieve sales targets
What We Offer
