**Job Description:**
As a Procurement Officer at IBIC Holdings, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business by developing and implementing strategic procurement plans that deliver value to our organization.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible deals on goods and services.
- Managing the procurement process from start to finish, including tendering, evaluation, and contract management.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Providing training and guidance to colleagues on procurement procedures and best practices.
- Analyzing data and metrics to inform procurement decisions and improve overall efficiency.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as procurement, supply chain management, or business administration.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices, including contract law and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
