**About Us**

Hospitality Recruitment Placement Service (HRPS) is a leading provider of training solutions in the hospitality industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Administrator to join our team. As a Training Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our training function by communicating with participants and vendors, and assisting with developing effective programs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in creating and implementing training programs that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Maintain accurate training records, including trainee lists, schedules, and attendance sheets.
  • Ensure that classrooms are properly set up and prepared for training sessions.
  • Prepare and disseminate instructional materials, such as notes and feedback forms.
  • Serve as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants, providing excellent customer service.
  • Handle accounts receivable and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Resolve issues as they arise onsite and submit reports on training activities and results.
  • Recommend improvements or new programs to enhance the overall training experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong project management skills and knowledge of office procedures and billing.
  • Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability, with outstanding communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
