Training Program Coordinator

**About Us**
Hospitality Recruitment Placement Service (HRPS) is a leading provider of training solutions in the hospitality industry.
We are seeking a highly skilled Training Administrator to join our team. As a Training Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our training function by communicating with participants and vendors, and assisting with developing effective programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in creating and implementing training programs that meet the needs of our clients.
- Maintain accurate training records, including trainee lists, schedules, and attendance sheets.
- Ensure that classrooms are properly set up and prepared for training sessions.
- Prepare and disseminate instructional materials, such as notes and feedback forms.
- Serve as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants, providing excellent customer service.
- Handle accounts receivable and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Resolve issues as they arise onsite and submit reports on training activities and results.
- Recommend improvements or new programs to enhance the overall training experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong project management skills and knowledge of office procedures and billing.
- Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability, with outstanding communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
