At PEM Security Guard Network, we are seeking a highly skilled Operational Oversight Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

As an Operational Oversight Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our security operations. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and oversee the activities of all supervisors, guaranteeing that they operate within established protocols and procedures.

Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring the activities of the beat, maintaining situational awareness, and reporting any concerns or issues promptly. This includes ensuring that employees provide accurate situation reports for all beats and addressing any potential conflicts or discrepancies immediately.

You will also be tasked with verifying that supervisors submit their daily reports on time and providing necessary guidance and support to resolve any challenges they may face. Furthermore, you will be required to enforce sanctions against defaulting supervisors who fail to meet performance expectations.
