About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a curated menu of signature cocktails, incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends to keep offerings fresh and exciting. They will also provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and creating personalized experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

• Craft a diverse range of high-quality cocktails with precision and creativity, ensuring consistency and excellence in every drink.
• Develop and maintain a curated menu of signature cocktails, incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and creating personalized experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop promotions, events, and special offerings to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience working as a bartender/mixologist in a high-volume, upscale establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and create memorable experiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy during busy shifts.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
