About the Role:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to find top sales talent.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet the company's standards.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Use a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline of high-quality sales professionals for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience and promote the company's positive employer brand.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to measure hiring success and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (high-volume sales recruitment experience preferred).
  • Proven expertise in sales roles, competencies, and hiring best practices.
  • Effective sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
