Job Description

As a Solicitor Associate, you will be responsible for managing cases from start to finish, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing case strategies, and conducting thorough legal research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee legal cases from start to finish
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and legal correspondence
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation
  • Ensure all documents comply with legal standards and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A First Degree in Law
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in commercial law
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cases and client interactions effectively
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
