Ralds and Agate Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Lawyer to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in commercial law.

As a Senior Commercial Lawyer, you will play a key role in managing legal cases from start to finish, including drafting and reviewing legal documents and preparing case strategies. You will conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and ensure all documents comply with legal standards and regulations.

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in commercial law and demonstrated experience in managing cases and client interactions effectively. They will also possess excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of legal matters.

We estimate that this role carries a salary in the region of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
