JOB SUMMARY Located on Lagos Island, our company is a boutique consulting firm with over 40 seasoned professionals with varied experiences in both the private and public sectors. The firm plays a leading role in providing management consulting services and learning solutions targeted at clients in key sectors of the economy (Power, Oil & Gas, Financial Services and Manufacturing, etc), in Nigeria and the West Coast. In a quest to attain this goal, we are currently seeking the services of an HR Outsourcing Manager to Work closely with management and our overseas alliance partners, to provide uncommon value-adding solutions to our clients towards the achievement of their business objectives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The HR Outsourcing Officer will be assigned the following primary responsibilities:Maintaining current and new Outsource staff files and databasesUpdating and maintaining outsourced staff (employee benefits, employment status, and similar records)Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actionsPerforming payroll/benefit-related reconciliationsPerforming payroll and benefits audits and recommending any corrective actionCompleting termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews for all outsourced staffParticipating in recruitment effortsSupport business development through upselling, renewals, and expansions of outsourcing contractsPosting job ads and organising resumes and job applicationsScheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview processEnsuring background and reference checks are completedOverseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentationOrienting new employees to the organisation (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)Conducting the benefit enrolment processProcessing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system REQUIREMENTS This ideal candidate must possess the following; HND/BSc. in HR- related field, First-class and Second-class upper candidates onlyExperience 8years of working in the Outsourcing unitHuman Resource Professional Certificate is an added advantage Must be adept at problem-solvingMust be able to communicate clearly, both in writing and orallyMust possess strong presentation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project)A meticulous individual with a flair for figures.Time Management & organisation skills Ability to work under pressure
