We provide premium car rentals, private chauffeur services, and lifestyle management solutions for high-net-worth individuals, corporate executives, and VIP guests.

Work Schedule - 3 times a week

Role Overview

The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional client experiences, operational efficiency, and business growth.

This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can manage people, assets, and client relationships while maintaining the high standards of a luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage concierge and transport operations (chauffeur services, fleet, logistics).

Maintain premium service standards across all departments — drivers, dispatch, and client service.

Build and manage relationships with VIP clients, corporate accounts, and partner vendors.

Supervise administrative and operational teams (drivers, customer service reps).

Ensure fleet maintenance, insurance, licensing, and safety compliance.

Develop strategies to grow the company's offerings and customer base.

Monitor and report on financial and operational performance.

Train, motivate, and manage staff to uphold professionalism and service quality.

Handle client escalations and ensure quick, satisfactory resolutions.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in hospitality, luxury transport, or concierge management.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to handle VIP clients and confidential requests with discretion.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good financial acumen and experience with operational reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).

Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling or CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦550,000.00 per month
