About the Role

We're looking for a Business Operations Manager
 to join our team and help build structure around our growing operations at 
The Okunriin Space
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating systems, driving efficiency, and ensuring smooth execution of both business and customer-facing experiences.

The Business Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day activities, streamline workflows, and ensure the seamless integration of our business, wellness, and retail arms. You'll work closely with the leadership team to translate strategy into action—balancing structure with the warm, intentional experience our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations at The Okunriin Space.
  • Develop and implement processes that improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Manage inventory, scheduling, vendor relations, and internal communications.
  • Analyze key business metrics and operational data to inform decisions.
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Lead and mentor team members to ensure operational excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, retail, and wellness teams to align strategy and execution.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and brand experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in 
    Business Operations
     or 
    Operations Management
    .
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in 
    program management
     or 
    process design
    .
  • Solid understanding of 
    finance, budgeting, and reporting
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with 
    self-care, wellness, or consumer lifestyle sectors
     is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
