Purpose of Role

To lead the branch into profitability by ensuring all revenue lines (car wash, detailing, food & drinks, car accessories, mobile service, subscriptions, off-site marketing, and air freshener sales) are optimized while maintaining world-class standards, preventing leakages, and inspiring staff performance.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Revenue

  • Drive revenue across core (wash, detailing) and auxiliary lines (food, car accessories, air fresheners).
  • Design and implement local marketing campaigns and community activations.
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.

Customer Experience & Brand Standards

  • Ensure seamless end-to-end customer service, from check-in to car quality assurance for pick-up.
  • Maintain spotless branch appearance, ambience, and adherence to service protocols.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.

People Management

  • Lead, motivate, and discipline grooming specialists, customer service, and sales staff.
  • Coordinate off-site sales and marketing drives (air fresheners, bulk wash packages, accessories).
  • Manage staff schedules, appraisals, and ongoing training.

Financial & Fraud Control

  • Supervise branch cash, POS, and digital transactions with HQ reconciliation.
  • Monitor inventory (chemicals, towels, accessories, tools, food supplies) to prevent theft and wastage.
  • Enforce daily ticketing and CCTV-based accountability systems.

Operations & Maintenance

  • Ensure equipment, generators, and facilities are serviced regularly.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational systems.
  • Escalate repair or replacement needs to Group Admin promptly.
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental policies.

Required Competencies

  • Proven track record in managing fast-paced, multi-revenue businesses (QSRs, auto services, FMCG, hospitality, retail).
  • Strong commercial mindset with basic financial literacy.
  • Experience in marketing, sales activation, and people leadership.
  • High integrity, resilience under pressure, and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to drive; valid driver's license preferable but not compulsory.

Qualifications

  • Minimum HND/B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of management experience in a multi-branch brand (restaurant, auto services, or retail).
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with POS and CRM systems.
