The Role:

You will be responsible for :

  • Supporting the daily operations for loans servicing by ensuring all requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner, in line with internal service standards.
  • Reviewing credit documents and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure documentation is complete as per the internal policy and guidelines.
  • Monitoring of credit limits and exposures.
  • Ensuring collateral valuation, monitoring and reconciliation with original documents.
  • Managing the branch P&L and developing and implementing activities to achieve branch's financial targets.
  • Overseeing daily branch operations and allocating resources to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Managing service delivery of the branch to ensure and excellent customer experience.
  • Continuously seeking feedback and inputs to identify opportunities for streamlining branch processes and improving operational efficiency.
  • Coaching, training and developing branch staff.
  • Ensuring branch processes are fully compliant with internal policies and statutory guidelines.
  • Managing a team of 1-5 people.
Ideal Profile:
  • You have at least 2 years experience ideally as a Branch Manager or Loan Operations / Credit Operations / Collateral Management within the Accounting Industry and Asset Management.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
