Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Change Consultant with 2–5 years of experience in a top–tier consulting environment (e.g., KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, EY, or similar). The ideal candidate brings strong foundational consulting skills, thrives in structured environments, and is now looking for greater ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial exposure within a fast–moving consulting business.
You will support senior consultants and partners in delivering transformation projects across people, processes, and technology. You must be comfortable working in dynamic client environments, synthesizing data, preparing high–quality deliverables, and driving workstreams with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Consulting & Project Delivery
• Support the design and execution of business change, transformation, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Conduct research, data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and diagnostic assessments to understand client challenges.
• Assist in developing client deliverables including reports, presentations, change impact assessments, process maps, and implementation plans.
• Contribute to project management activities—tracking timelines, risks, dependencies, and tasks across workstreams.
• Support senior consultants in facilitating workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
• Participate in solution design for leadership development, process improvement, culture change, or technology–enabled transformation.
Client Engagement & Professionalism
• Build trusted relationships with client teams through professional conduct, high–quality output, and reliability.
• Communicate insights clearly, logically, and confidently—both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain a strong client–service orientation with a focus on exceeding expectations.
Internal Contribution & Ownership
• Demonstrate a sense of ownership uncommon in traditional corporate consulting environments.
• Take initiative on internal tasks including methodology development, research, proposal support, templates, and thought leadership.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and consulting frameworks.
• Work closely with the leadership team in shaping emerging practices and solutions.
Required Experience & Skills
Experience
• 2–5 years working in a reputable consulting firm (KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, EY or equivalent in Nigeria or internationally).
• Exposure to structured consulting methodologies (issue trees, MECE frameworks, hypothesis–driven problem–solving, PMO support, etc.).
• Experience supporting transformation, organizational change, operational improvement, or technology–related projects (preferred).
• Experience in leadership development initiatives, cultural transformation, or HR transformation (added advantage).
Core Skills
• Strong analytical and problem–solving capability.
• Ability to break down complex issues and synthesize insights.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills; ability to produce polished consulting–quality deliverables.
• Strong documentation, research, and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in English is required; French is a significant advantage.

Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• Additional certifications in project management, change management, HR, analytics, or technology transformation are a plus.
