  1. Grow and manage the firm's Company Secretarial service.
  2. Help clients create strategies for dealing with Company Law compliance requirements.
  3. Efficient arrange and document meetings of board, members and committees of client companies.
  4. Engage with Regulatory authorities on policy and establish capacity of the Firm as a key policy development partner to government.
  5. Direct the registration and incorporation business of the firm in a professional and cost efficient way.
  6. Advising on all aspects of clients' transactions and use of efficient corporate structures for business deals.
  7. Advising on employee incentive schemes, e.g. share options, share ownership trusts, tax-efficient employee benefits and the creation of employee benefit.

QUALIFICATION

  • LLB/BL minimum of with 5-7 years post call experience in relevant roles
  • CITN/ICSAN certification added advantage
  • Bilingual candidates are welcome
