Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Architect for a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Project Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing architectural projects from concept development through to completion. Key tasks include preparing and reviewing architectural designs, producing submittals, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with sustainability standards. The role also involves using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools to manage project designs and schedules.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools
  • Experience in creating and reviewing Submittals
  • Expertise in Project Management with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Energy and Environmental Design standards and sustainable design practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Proven ability to manage complex architectural projects effectively
  • Familiarity with local building regulations and codes
  • Excellent problem-solving and team collaboration skills
