Your main goal will be to find leads and prospects and turn them into paid users. Sales Representative duties and responsibilitiesFind prospects and leads on public online platforms and business directoriesLearn details about our products and servicesUnderstand all the prospects needs, problems or wantsExplain how our solutions align with their pain pointsIdentify buyer persona profilesInvestigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contactingMeet and exceed individual weekly and monthly sales targets Qualifications Sales Representative requirements and qualifications 2+ years of experience working as a Sales Representative in the IT industry or in a similar roleProven record of successful deals closedShould be able to market IT-related products and servicesGood knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketingGreat command of MS Office and CRM toolsMinimum education: OND, HND Additional InformationUncapped sales commissions of 10% of total salesClearly defined path: Sales Representative > Sales ManagerComfortable working conditions with weekly sales targets (negotiable with your Manager)45hr/ week work scheduleWe have a very fun, laid-back office culture
