Front Desk Officer

- Provide front desk and customer support while assisting with basic banking transactions. This role requires excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with prior exposure to bank teller operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients at the front desk
- Handle basic banking transactions and inquiries
- Maintain customer records and transaction logs
- Coordinate appointments and client meetings
- Manage phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Support office administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or BSc in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience as a bank teller or front desk officer
- Good understanding of banking operations and customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and professional.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / month.
