Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Strategy Manager based in Abuja. The Strategy Manager will lead strategic initiatives, analyze industry trends, and develop actionable strategies to drive organizational growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and guiding strategic projects from concept to implementation. The role also includes presenting recommendations to leadership and ensuring alignment with the organization's long-term objectives.

Qualifications

  • 2 years international housing show
  • minimum of first degree
  • must be in abuja
  • knowledge of housing and mortgage sector
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and propose strategic solutions
  • Proficient Communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas effectively and present findings clearly
  • Experience in Finance and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Background in Management Consulting or general Consulting with a proven track record of developing and executing strategies
  • Leadership abilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with the housing, real estate, or related sectors is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred
