What You'll Do

  • Design & Build:
    Turn creative concepts into responsive web pages and engaging email campaigns using tools like
    Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
    ,
    Figma
    ,
    Sketch
    ,
    Webflow
    ,
    Framer
    ,
    Adobe XD
    , and
    WIX
    .
  • Email Creation:
    Design and code Marketo and Knak emails that look sharp across devices and perform well in real campaigns.
  • Collaborate:
    Work with copywriters, developers, and marketing teams to keep our client's website and email experiences current, consistent, and brand-aligned.
  • Optimize:
    Review site performance, track analytics, and suggest practical improvements for speed, usability, and engagement.
  • Visual Storytelling:
    Handle image editing, layout design, and asset management to maintain a polished and cohesive brand look.
  • Maintain Standards:
    Apply design system guidelines and accessibility best practices across all deliverables.
  • Problem Solve:
    Spot bugs or layout issues quickly and partner with tech leads to resolve them without disrupting campaigns.

Your Role Impact

You'll play a key role in how our clients' brands are seen and felt online. Success in this role means:

  • Websites and emails that consistently meet brand guidelines and deliver strong click-through rates.
  • Smooth collaboration between design, marketing, and engineering.
  • A design system that evolves with user feedback and new tech trends.
  • Measurable improvement in web engagement metrics month to month.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Interactive Design
    ,
    Visual Arts
    ,
    HCI
    , or
    Computer Science
    .
  • 2+ years of proven web design experience, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your coding and creative range.
  • Hands-on experience with
    AEM
    ,
    Marketo
    , and
    Knak
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Figma
    ,
    Webflow
    ,
    Sketch
    ,
    Framer
    , or
    Canva
    .
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Eye for clean layout, intuitive navigation, and brand consistency.
  • Excellent communication and proofreading skills.
  • Awareness of
    web accessibility
    and
    security best practices
    .
  • A love for learning new design tools and staying current with modern UI/UX trends.
  • Adobe Marketo Engage Digital Marketer Certification
    is a plus
