We are seeking a creative junior Web Designer to help us build bold, user-centric digital experiences. Do you have what it takes to join our dynamic team of Web Designers?

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating visually appealing website designs, mockups, and UI layouts.
  • Translate brand guidelines and creative concepts into functional digital designs.
  • Collaborate with senior designers, developers, and project managers to ensure cohesive and user-friendly web solutions
  • Prepare design assets, icons, and graphics optimised for web use.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to projects.
  • Make iterative design updates based on client or internal feedback.
  • Support basic front-end tasks (HTML/CSS) as needed, under supervision.
  • Conduct basic quality assurance checks to ensure design consistency and responsiveness across devices
  • Trouble shoot minor design, layout, and front-end issues, ensuring accurate implementation and consistent user experience across browsers and devices.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and web design.

Skills & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years in a web design support role
  • Basic proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and layout fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, modern aesthetics.
  • Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills, especially relating to visual inconsistencies, broken layouts, asset issues, and simple front-end errors.
