Description,

Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance of heavy construction equipments such as Dozer, Grader, Dumpers, Excavators, Rollers, Coloaders, Trailors , asset management, develop & manage budgets, operator training, coordinate equip scheduling and usage, quality control, inventory control, vendor relations, spare parts planning, supervising equip. operators & maintenance staff, ensure equipment records are kept for maintenance repairs and performance, develop & implement emergency response plans, safety compliance.

Specification,

a) BE degree in Mechanical engineering

b) Experience in plant management for Road construction and civil infra projects projects is must

c) Minimum 10-15yrs experience in similar fields.

d) Maintenance Experience with Dozer, Grader, Dumpers, Excavators, Rollers, Coloaders, Trailors, and Paver machines

e) Team management of 50 to 60 Mechanical, electrical, Hydraulic and pneumatic engineers and technicians.

f) Maintenance experience of 100 to 120 heavy construction equipment maintenance.
