Experience Level: Minimum of 5 years experience Industry: Construction  About the RoleTrucrete Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled Batching Plant Operator with hands -on experience in concrete production and plant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate batching, mixing, and delivery of high -quality concrete while maintaining optimal plant performance and adhering to safety standards. Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor the batching plant to produce concrete according to specified mix designs.Ensure all materials (cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures) are loaded accurately and efficiently.Maintain records of production quantities, material usage, and quality control data.Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards at all times.Coordinate with site engineers and dispatch teams to meet concrete delivery schedules.Calibrate batching equipment and ensure all plant instruments are functioning correctly.Supervise helpers and ensure smooth plant operation during shifts.
