Role: Head of Business

Location: Lagos Mainland.

The Head of Business is responsible for leading our brokerage operations and driving business growth. As the Head of Business, you will oversee all aspects of our brokerage operations, including business development, client relations, and team management.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITY

* Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue

* Lead and manage a team of Direct Sales Professionals

* Oversee brokerage operations, including client relations and deal closure

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and drive business outcomes

* Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions

Required skills.


• Strong leadership and team management abilities


• Proven track record in business development and sales strategy


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills


• Strong analytical capabilities with experience using KPIs and sales metrics


• Deep understanding of the Lagos real estate market


• Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment


• Proficiency with CRM tools and productivity software

Qualification:


• Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, sales leadership, or brokerage management


• Experience managing a direct sales team is mandatory
