We are currently seeking a Head of Business for the Restaurant Segment.The successful candidate will further optimize our restaurant business towards our next growth phase.

Job Summary:

The Head of Business (Restaurant) is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall commercial success, strategic expansion, and operational excellence of the entire restaurant business.This leader will carry full Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability for all outlets and ensure profitability and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.

  • An MBA is a strong advantage.

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in the QSR space, with at least 5 years overseeing a multi-unit restaurant chain or QSR/Retail network.

  • Proven track record of managing multi-million Naira P&L statements and demonstrably improving commercial performance (revenue and margins) across multiple business units.

  • Deep, verifiable experience in the Nigerian QSR or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is highly preferred.

  • Exceptional analytical abilities, advanced proficiency in business planning, operational auditing, and performance management software.If you are a results-oriented leader ready to turn strategy into a scalable reality, we want to hear from you.
