HIRING: Business Development Manager (Oil & Gas Servicing)

Location: Port Harcourt

Industry: Oil & Gas Servicing

Salary: 800k net

Reports to: MD / GM

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong upstream oil & gas relationships to drive revenue growth, secure new contracts, and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute BD strategies to meet monthly revenue targets


• Identify and engage new clients (IOCs, NOCs, EPCs, upstream operators)


• Lead bids, proposals, and tender submissions


• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business


• Conduct market/competitor research and track opportunities


• Represent the company at industry events and conferences


• Manage BD pipeline, KPIs, and reporting


• Support pricing, contract negotiation, and partnership development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering; MBA is a plus

) Minimum 5 years BD/sales experience in Oil & Gas servici

ng Strong network within the **upstream** oil & gas sec

tor Proven track record of meeting sales targets and winning contr

acts Excellent communication, negotiation & proposal writing s
