The Telephony/LARAVEL Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing telephony systems using LARAVEL framework. Day-to-day tasks include configuring IVR systems, troubleshooting VoIP issues, and providing technical support for telephony-related problems. The role involves close collaboration with development teams to ensure seamless integration and performance optimization.QualificationsExperience with configuring and managing IVR systems, and Telephony solutionsStrong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving VoIP issuesTechnical Support skills for assisting users and resolving technical telephony problemsProficiency in LARAVEL framework and related development toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
