DoctorOnTap is a Nigeria-based, U.S.-registered telemedicine and international health tourism company connecting African patients to JCI-accredited hospitals across Turkey, UAE, Egypt, and India.

We work with leading hospitals and licensed Nigerian doctors to provide verified teleconsultations, pre-screening, and end-to-end care coordination from diagnosis to treatment abroad.

Our mission is to make world-class healthcare accessible, transparent, and trustworthy for every African patient.

Role Description

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to lead patient acquisition and grow international health tourism referrals from Nigeria and across Africa.

You'll be the bridge between patients, clinicians, and our global hospital partners, helping clients access trusted, affordable international medical care through DoctorOnTap.

What You'll Do

  • Source and convert qualified patient leads for international treatment.
  • Build referral relationships with doctors, diagnostic centres, and hospital administrators.
  • Engage directly with patients and families to explain treatment options, processes, and costs.
  • Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns for key procedures (orthopaedics, fertility, cardiac, cosmetic, dental, oncology and more).
  • Manage WhatsApp, email, and social media enquiries through to conversion.
  • Work closely with our clinical and concierge teams to ensure seamless patient experience.
  • Track sales performance using CRM tools and report weekly results.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years' experience in sales or marketing (healthcare, insurance, travel, or related).
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Confident presenting health and travel solutions to individuals and corporates.
  • Knowledge of healthcare services, travel documentation, or medical tourism is an advantage.
  • Proficient in digital marketing or lead tracking tools (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
  • Self-driven, trustworthy, and goal-oriented.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Market Planning: Experience in market planning and strategy development
  • Market Research: Proficiency in conducting market research and analysis
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales: Proven track record in sales and achieving sales targets
  • Marketing: Experience in marketing, including creating and executing marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or international health tourism is a plus
