About the Job:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The selected candidate will play a key role in following up and converting aspiring students, corporate clients, and potential partners into qualified leads and paying customers.

This role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and digital marketing skills to effectively convert interest into action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with prospective students, corporate clients, and partners via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Convert leads generated from marketing campaigns and inquiries into actual sales or partnerships.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and conversions in.
  • Developing sales strategies and determining sales forecasts and projections.
  • Receive inbound and make outbound calls to sell our services; respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Developing and implementing a systematic and efficient strategy to identify, acquire, and retain prospective clients, both individual and corporate

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and Related Courses
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in online sales and telemarketing; experience in a digital marketing workspace is an added advantage
  • Persuasion skills and the ability to convert leads via online communication
  • Worked in a target-based role and met deadlines
  • Passionate and up-to-date with knowledge of cutting-edge marketing techniques.
  • Strong and confident communicator.
